The Mentoring Support System is designed to offer comprehensive guidance and support to academic staff, particularly those who are new or early in their careers. Recognising the unique challenges and opportunities faced by early career academics, the system aims to foster both personal development and professional growth.
The system features a diverse group of experienced academic staff, each bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to guide and support new and early career academics. They are committed to providing guidance, sharing their insights, and supporting the growth and development of the academic community. The mentors include:
